Before the park gates
On the Way to Glacier
Almost everyone driving to the west side of Glacier National Park passes through Whitefish to get there, and Westside Market is the smart place to stop before the park gates. Fuel the vehicle and the people, pack what you will want on the trail, and skip paying park-lodge prices for a cup of coffee.
Provision for the day
Start with coffee and breakfast before the drive, then pack food to carry into the park. The kitchen makes it fresh, and it travels a lot better than whatever is left at the last gas station. Grab ice, water, and snacks for the cooler so a long day of overlooks and trailheads does not end with everyone hungry.
Top off before the gates
Fill the tank at the Cenex pumps before you head up the highway, because fuel gets scarce and expensive the closer you get to the park. Come back through Whitefish on the way out and we will still be open, late enough to catch you after a full day in Glacier.
